Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within an e-commerce or related industry. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and empathetically.
