Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative to. As an FNOL Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting damage to their property. Your role will involve receiving inbound calls, providing quality communication services, and accurately recording FNOL claims. Key Responsibilities: Accept inbound calls from various stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, and field operators, to report First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring that all interactions are professional, empathetic, and solution-focused. Accurately enter data into our customized database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily available. Report underground damage to locate companies as required, following established protocols and procedures.
Provide outstanding service to customer representatives, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Analyze photos and map the correct location of damage, using your analytical skills to interpret visual data accurately. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service experience in a call center environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Advanced phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to read and follow scripts accurately. Active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs. Ability to type a minimum of 55 words per minute error-free. Proficiency in bolthires Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches. Experience with bolthires Teams is a plus.
