The Acquisition Closer will handle warm inbound leads, negotiate contracts with motivated sellers, and close deals that change lives. Responsibilities Handle all inbound leads and make competitive offers Follow up persistently until the deal closes Build rapport with sellers and uncover their true motivation Negotiate win-win solutions with a focus on company profitability Manage seller communication and conduct phone-based appointments Update lead records in Podio CRM daily Coordinate with our disposition team and transaction coordinators to finalize deals Skills Minimum 1–2 years of phone sales or high tickets closing experience Clear and confident communication skills Self-motivated and coachable — you welcome feedback and want to get better CRM fluency (Podio experience a plus)
