They are seeking a Premier Services Specialist to support TargetX clients with Salesforce configurations, training, and consultative services. Responsibilities Consult with Premier Services clients regarding their business and operational processes to determine the most effective use of technology solutions to address their needs Implement or update configurations in clients’ Salesforce instances for TargetX and Salesforce products as well as bundled third-party solutions Create or update Salesforce automations via Process Builders, flows and/or formula fields; manage Visualforce pages and Apex classes as they are required for TargetX products Set security parameters via profile provisioning or permission set creation and assignment Complete data migrations and integrations via DataLoader and Informatica Develop training material and conduct client trainings on various TargetX and Salesforce tools Manage system upgrades for Premier clients including client outreach, scheduling, upgrade and post-upgrade-configurations, testing, and product issue resolution Skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Experience in a higher education setting specifically within the admissions and student success departments Familiarity with and experience utilizing and configuring on the Salesforce platform Obtained Salesforce Administrator Certification within 6 months of employment Strong understanding of business software, including CRMs, bolthires Office, and bolthires Suite Excellent analytical reasoning, problem solving, and multitasking skills Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships Ability to demonstrate an owner's attitude toward customer issues Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team in a fun, fast-paced work environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively while working in a remote environment Highest personal and professional values that are aligned with the TargetX and Liaison fundamentals Company Overview Liaison helps higher education institutions identify, recruit, and enroll best-fit students with improved outreach, application, and enrollment processes.
