Zoom Casa, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Interior Designer to manage design projects from inception to completion. The role involves serving as the primary contact for real estate agents and homeowners, conducting consultations, and overseeing project lifecycles. Responsibilities Conduct detailed consultations with homeowners and real estate agents Convert leads into contracted projects Manage projects from inception to completion Monitor project schedules and budgets Facilitate the vendor bidding process and negotiate initial estimates Perform detailed evaluations and photos of property Coordinate, maintain and build relationships with subcontractors Ensure timely and quality completion of design projects Provide expert advice on staging and renovations Maintain communication with clients throughout the design process Understand and exceed customer (internal or external) needs and expectations Utilize online tools and mobile apps to manage project timelines Skills 1-2 years of interior design experience Strong project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment Must be located near the Los Angeles area Proficiency in design software Experience in home staging or real estate-related design Company Overview Zoom Casa is a real estate company that offers a concierge Platform for home sellers.
