They are seeking a Business Development Data Analyst to support corporate operations by collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic business development decisions and optimize CRM systems. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources including market research, competitive intelligence, and internal performance metrics Transform complex datasets into clear, concise executive summaries and presentations for the Chief Growth Officer Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline health, win rates, and revenue forecasts Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business development decisions Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness Generate regular reports and dashboards tracking opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities Support pipeline management through systematic data entry, updates, and quality control Develop and implement processes to improve CRM utilization across the business development team Draft comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for executive leadership Prepare market analyses, competitive assessments, and capability gap analyses Create standardized reporting templates and processes to improve efficiency Maintain documentation of business development processes, best practices, and lessons learned Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence research on key competitors, teaming partners, and market players Monitor and analyze competitor capabilities, past performance, contract wins/losses, and strategic positioning Track competitor leadership changes, acquisitions, partnerships, and other significant developments Develop competitive profiles and assessments to inform capture strategy and proposal positioning Analyze contract award data to identify competitor strengths, weaknesses, and win patterns Maintain a competitive intelligence database with actionable insights for the business development team Assist in the preparation of capture planning materials and pursuit decisions Support proposal efforts through data analysis and content development Provide competitive analysis inputs for Black Hat reviews and proposal strategies Coordinate cross-functional information gathering to support strategic initiatives Skills Clearance: Most be able to obtain and maintain an active clearance if necessary Bachelor's degree 1+ years of professional experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related role Experience working with CRM platforms (C2P, Salesforce, Deltek, or similar) Proficiency in CRM systems and database management

Advanced bolthires Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Strong proficiency in bolthires PowerPoint for executive presentations Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources Demonstrated ability to parse complex data and distill key insights Strong competitive intelligence gathering and analysis capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages for executive audiences Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to translate technical information into business-relevant insights Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources to develop actionable intelligence Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and project management skills Discretion in handling sensitive business information Collaborative team player with positive attitude Previous experience in government contracting or defense sector preferred Company Overview Client Solution Architects (CSA) is a global provider of integrated technology and operational support services to defense and federal government organizations.
