Amedisys is a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice care, and they are seeking a Hospice Account Executive to own and grow the Northern Miami-Dade County market. The role involves building relationships with key referral sources, educating healthcare professionals and families on hospice services, and driving admissions by coordinating documentation and referrals. Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with key referral sources—hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and more Educate healthcare professionals, families, and patients on hospice services Drive admissions by identifying patient needs and coordinating documentation and referrals Conduct on‑site visits and remove barriers to care Maintain accurate CRM records, including daily sales activity and territory management Meet and exceed admissions, product, and payor‑mix goals Represent Amedisys at community events and respond quickly to customer needs Skills 1+ year of healthcare sales experience (pharma, medical devices, home health, hospice, long‑term care, or related outreach/business development) Proven success in cold calling and lead generation Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills Independent, self‑motivated, bolthires‑driven mindset Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus Uncapped monthly incentives Company Overview Amedisys is a home health and hospice care company focused on bringing home the continuum of care.
