As a Client Policy Analyst for Governance, you will analyze proxy votes and voting trends, supporting both internal teams and external clients in understanding corporate governance practices. Responsibilities Analyze SEC filings and proxy statements to assess corporate practices Interpret client policy mandates and apply them to upcoming shareholder meetings Contribute to data management and research projects supporting governance analyses Leverage analytical tools and models to identify patterns in proxy voting and governance trends to make quantitative and qualitative assessments Collaborate with internal teams to prepare insights and recommendations for clients Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; and/or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or capital markets-related role Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn quickly Proficient with Excel, familiarity with Python, and experience working with data Being comfortable working with analytical tools and large data sets Familiarity with executive compensation and governance practices, willingness, and ability to deepen this knowledge quickly through training Benefits Medical, dental, life and vision insurance.
