Bechtel Corporation is a global leader in engineering and construction, and they are seeking an Architect for their Civil, Structural, and Architectural Engineering Department. In this role, you will plan architectural layouts, prepare detailed design drawings, and work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications Contributing to the design process by utilizing software platforms including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or Sketchup Demonstrating awareness of the implications of building codes and project requirements Working collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents Attending project team meetings Assisting in product research Providing construction support as it relates to architectural design activities Skills A Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Architecture at an accredited college or university Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check A Master of Architecture degree at an accredited college or university Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA Excellent written and oral communication skills Portfolio demonstrating a strong body of work Benefits
