The Specialist, Talent & Belonging will support the operations of the Employee Resource Groups program, assisting in the implementation of tools and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and belonging. Responsibilities Design and develop talent and performance programs that leverage technology to deliver an efficient and seamless employee experience Create comprehensive talent and performance program enablement tools and materials, aligning with program objectives and providing employees with clear, actionable guidance Assist in gathering talent and performance program requirements and outcome measurements from stakeholders and help translate them into engaging and effective employee experiences Lead the execution of go-to-market plans for talent and performance programs, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless and successful program launches Develop and track talent and performance program metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption, and collect and analyze employee feedback, to ensure continuous improvement Support the design and implementation of ERG program workflows that leverage technology to deliver an efficient and seamless employee experience across belonging and professional development initiatives Assist in creating comprehensive ERG program enablement tools and materials, following strategic guidance and providing ERG leaders and members with clear, actionable resources Help gather ERG program requirements and outcome measurements from stakeholders and support the translation of these into engaging and effective employee experiences that drive belonging and impact Provide operational support for go-to-market plans for ERG operation programs, coordinating with key stakeholders including ERG leaders to ensure seamless program execution Track and maintain ERG program metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption, assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback, and support reporting to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Talent & Belonging strategy Skills 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience Benefits Flexible work environment Employee shares options Health and life insurance Company Overview PayPal is a financial service company that provides online payment solutions to its users worldwide.
