Responsibilities Evaluate clients’ insurance and financial protection needs, provide financial education, and recommend strategic solutions that support long-term goals Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service-focused support Engage new clients using our proprietary training system, strategic networking, referrals, and community outreach Execute marketing initiatives that support sustainable growth Assist clients with claims, policy updates, and renewals to ensure a high level of satisfaction Prepare and present insurance proposals Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients toward appropriate solutions Conduct detailed meetings to assess insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, policies, and sales activity Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates Maintain or obtain a valid insurance license within the required timeframe Skills High school diploma or equivalent Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset Basic math skills and an understanding of financial concepts are helpful No prior finance or insurance experience required—training and mentorship are provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Willingness to obtain an insurance license (typically completed within 1–2 weeks with provided resources) Benefits Flexible schedule
