The Outside Membership Sales Representative will create success from effective business to business communication and account management, establishing partnerships and managing memberships. Responsibilities Responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporations, non-profits and community organizations Meeting and exceeding goals for new membership enrollments, which are achieved through building strong partnerships Adhere to BJ’s code of conduct and sales policies Skills Must be an organized self-starter and self-motivator Strong B2B communication experience and time management High School diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license Approximately 50% travel Must be located within BJ's Wholesale Club geographical footprint Strong closing and relationship building skills Strong relationship building and account management of an inherited portfolio of partners Base salary plus generous commission structure Prospecting sales experience in a customer-service oriented business Benefits Weekly Pay: Get paid every week so that you can manage your money on your terms.
