Kings Courier is a first-person RPG inspired by classic dungeon crawlers like Might & Magic, with a dark fantasy tone and modern systems. We are expanding the game and looking for an artist to help create cohesive new content. Our visual direction pulls from Might and Magic 6,7,8 / Diablo II / Halls of Torment, with some deliberate 90s video game cinematic flavor. What We Need Weβre looking for a part-time contractor to help with ongoing content, primarily: 3D Work β’ Paperdoll-style characters (modular gear) β’ Character portraits based directly on in-game 3D characters β’ Portraits made from these characters with facial expressions β’ Multiple facial expressions per character β’ Armor, weapons, and fantasy items β’ Unity-ready assets (clean topology, textures, exports) Everything will be exported to 2d sprites, but we want to keep the option to use the 3d models in game.
Ideal Fit β’ Experience with fantasy RPG art β’ Comfortable working from references (Diablo II, Halls of Torment) β’ Can maintain style consistency over time β’ Familiar with Unity pipelines β’ Clear communicator and open to iteration You do not need to be full-time.
