Scope of the Role
The CRO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, testing hypotheses, and implementing data-backed strategies to optimize the digital customer journey and drive measurable revenue growth. Duties and
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a CRO roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., bolthires Analytics, Hotjar, GA4). • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, performing post-test analysis to identify winning variants.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UI/UX enhancements. • Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout funnels to reduce friction and maximize conversions. • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, CLV). • Stay updated with CRO best practices, trends, and emerging tools.
