Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting professionals for a new Customer Service Project Manager position with our High Point, NC client. Our client is a worldwide leading furniture manufacturer and offers a competitive starting salary and excellent benefits. We seek highly motivated individuals with 3+ years of customer service and project management experience. Experience within the... furniture industry is highly preferred.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$24 per hour
Responsibilities
ย Identify and assess customersย needs to achieve satisfaction
ย Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
ย Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
ย Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
ย Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
ย Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
ย Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
ย Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
ย Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
ย Track record of over-achieving quota
ย Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
ย Familiarity with PM systems and practices
ย Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
ย Excellent communication and presentation skills
ย Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
ย High school degree
ย Hospitality Industry Experience
ย QuickBooks experience preferred
