Overview:
We are seeking a Support Agent to provide customer service for a software division that offers integrated accounting, project management, and operations modules for contractors in the U.S. and internationally. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills.
Top Responsibilities:
Ā Answer high-volume incoming support calls, chats, emails, and online cases, routing them to appropriate team members.
Ā Assist customers with setting up and troubleshooting access to the Customer Portal.
Ā Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, including contact information and software versions.
Ā Support customers, sales, and professional services in expediting cases and scheduling software deployment.
Ā Manage bounced emails and ensure customer contact information is accurate.
Required Skills:
Ā High school diploma or GED.
Ā Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Ability to handle a high volume of support requests via phone, chat, and email.
Ā Experience with MS Office applications and data entry.
Ā Demonstrated dependability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ā Some college coursework in business, accounting, or computer technology.
Ā Customer service experience.
Ā Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
