Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
ย Smile
ย Create and Maintain Eye Contact
ย Speak Enthusiastically
ย Make Emotional Connections with Guests
ย Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
ย Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
ย Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
ย Work on their feet for several hours at a time
ย Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
ย Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
ย Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
