We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for diverse roles across industries. This is a remote opportunity, requiring a high degree of professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Β Sourcing & Screening
Β Source qualified candidates using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and other innovative channels.
Β Conduct pre-screening and qualification calls to assess candidates' technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Β Full-Cycle Recruitment
Β Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
Β Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Β Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both active and future job openings.
Β Coordination & Compliance
Β Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
Β Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company policies.
Β Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updates and reporting.
Β Stakeholder Engagement
Β Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Β Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
Β Market Research & Strategy
Β Stay updated on recruitment trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry demands.
Β Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific job roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Β BachelorΒs degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Β Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment for US-based roles.
Β In-depth knowledge of US hiring processes, including W2, 1099, and C2C arrangements.
Β Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and ATS platforms.
Β Strong understanding of IT technical skills (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps) and Non-IT domains (e.g., finance, sales, marketing).
Β Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Β Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
Β Experience recruiting for niche roles in IT and Non-IT verticals.
Β Familiarity with US tax terms and visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, etc
