Key Responsibilities
ย Program Execution & Delivery: Manage end-to-end project/program execution, ensuring all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
ย Proposal Management: Lead the proposal development process by coordinating requirements, reviewing and submitting proposals, and aligning with client needs.
ย Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
ย Staff Augmentation Management: Oversee staff augmentation, negotiate terms, and ensure consultants are placed and retained at client.
ย Vendor and Freelancer Coordination: Oversee vendor relationships to align resources, manager freelancer/independent consultants, negotiate terms, and ensure that all program elements are effectively supported.
ย Financial Management: Oversee billing and invoicing, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance and accuracy throughout each program.
ย Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team, facilitating collaboration and ensuring effective resource allocation and performance across programs.
Requirements
ย Experience: Minimum of 7 years in program or project management, with a focus on client relations, budget management, and cross-functional coordination, preferably within IT consulting, software, or similar fields.
ย Education: Bachelorยs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification or an MBA is a plus.
ย Skills:
ย Proven leadership with experience managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.
ย Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
ย Strong communication skills for managing client and vendor relationships.
ย Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Smartsheets).
ย Financial skills, including budget management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
ย Preferred Qualifications
ย Experience with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets).
