Responsibilities

Β Assess posts, comments, and messages for appropriateness and actionable content.
Β Report and document instances of policy violations, including harmful or inappropriate content.
Β Engage with community members to provide information about moderation practices.
Β Work collaboratively with the moderation team to enhance processes and share feedback.
Β Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and assist in evaluating content trends.
Β Participate in training and development sessions to learn best practices in content moderation.
Β Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Β No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
