Job Summary
We are looking for a Call Centre Representative to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in all possible. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets as well as our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
ย Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients maintaining a high quality of services
ย Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions within the timeframe
ย Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity
ย Adhere to the company policies and the customer resolution process & steps
ย Maintain good customer relations
ย Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
ย Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data
ย Record the customer queries and interaction in the internal CRM and maintain the accuracy of all data
Skills & Qualification
ย A bachelor's degree is preferred
ย Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles
ย Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems
ย Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism, strong call handling skills, and active listening
ย Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills
ย Excellent communication skills with good command of the English language
