Role Description
Ideabright Infotech is looking for a full-time remote FBA and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management:
Β Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search.
Β Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Β Implement and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to increase product visibility.
Inventory Management:
Β Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.
Β Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment.
Marketplace Expansion:
Β Identify and explore opportunities to expand our presence on other ecommerce platforms.
Β Develop and execute strategies for entering new marketplaces.
Customer Engagement:
Β Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally.
Β Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting:
Β Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and other relevant metrics.
Β Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Qualifications:
Β Proven experience as an Amazon FBA and Ecommerce Specialist or a similar role.
Β In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms.
Β Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for market research.
Β Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Β Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Β Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
Β 2+ years of experience in FBA and Ecommerce management
Β Experience with eBay, Google Shopping, and Amazon
Β Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
Β Experience analyzing and optimizing listings, utilizing A/B testing and other data analysis methods
Β Experience with order management, inventory management, and reporting
Β Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Β BachelorΒs degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field preferred
