Description:
Online Part-Time Tutoring Exciting Opportunity for ELA and/or Math Teachers Fluent in RUSSIAN.
Seeking teachers fluent in Russian and English for VIRTUAL-only ELA and/or Math tutoring.
Tutored by Teachers (TbT) aims to close the opportunity gap and advance equity in education.
Pay up to $36.00 per hour plus a 10% bonus, covering tutoring and light preparation.
Positions require commitment for fourteen to thirty weeks, staffing not guaranteed.
Currently looking to fill time slots Mondays-Fridays.
Requirements:
Experience teaching in U.S.-classrooms
Bilingual (Russian)
Comfortable teaching English Language Development
Experience teaching K-12 ELA and/or Math in the classroom
Experience teaching in an online environment
Working knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom
Bonus points for remediation, intervention or small group instruction experience
SPED or ELL teaching experience
AP course experience helpful!
Active teaching credential
