We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Learning Support Teacher to join our team in Chester, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, onsite position where youll work with elementary students in a dynamic, supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans aligned with state and district standards.
Drive instruction through formative assessments and differentiation.
Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with staff to create and implement effective strategies for student success.
Complete all required PA clearances and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications:
Active SPED Certification/Licensure required.
Bachelors degree required to receive emergency teaching permit.
Previous school-based experience is a must.
Strong classroom and behavioral management skills required.
Experience working in an urban setting is preferred.
Ability to work in a district and location-specific setting.
Position Details:
Classroom: Onsite, working with elementary students.
Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
