Position: Remote Debt Collector
Join our esteemed receivables outsourcing firm as a Remote Debt Collector, where you will play a crucial role in interpreting and recovering delinquent lease contracts. This remote position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in third-party collections. For those new to the field, we also provide a fully onsite option.

Key Responsibilities
ย Employ skip tracing strategies to locate consumers.
ย Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with clients.
ย Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
ย Articulate charges to consumers clearly and address inquiries.
ย Investigate and resolve any disputes.
ย Comply with company policies as well as local, state, and federal collection regulations.
ย Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
ย Build and sustain professional relationships with colleagues and management.
