Description:
Liftoff seeks a talented Senior Financial Analyst for the FP&A team.
Operate monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes.
Support headcount planning and data-driven decision making.
Prepare financial review packages for management and the Board.
Build and maintain financial models for insights and recommendations.
Support senior leadership with ad-hoc research and analysis.
Work with leaders to review and finalize financial metrics.
Partner with teams to understand data structures and automate metrics.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, business operations or related fields.
Robust financial modeling experience, ideally in Tech or high growth industries.
Strong systems aptitude and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
Experience with NetSuite and EPM tools like Pigment, Oracle, or Anaplan preferred.
Strong analytical and critical thinking; can communicate complex concepts.
Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Superb communication skills; effectively manages relationships with stakeholders.
History of cross-functional work with strong relationship management & collaboration.
Bachelors Degree (MBAs invited; CFA/CPA a plus).
