Position: Virtual Dyslexia Specialist
Schedule: 16 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Monday through Thursday)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Dyslexia Specialist to join our team and provide support to students with dyslexia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students overcome learning challenges and possess the necessary skills to implement effective interventions in a virtual setting.
Qualifications:
Β Minimum of 2 years of recent school-based experience.
Β Experience working with students who have dyslexia.
Β A valid Texas Teaching License.
Β Knowledge of dyslexia-specific instructional strategies and resources.
Β Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and school staff remotely.
Responsibilities:
Β Provide individualized dyslexia support through virtual sessions.
Β Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs.
Β Collaborate with parents and school personnel to track student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Β Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
