Key Responsibilities:
Ā Prepare SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
Ā Support clients with pre-IPO readiness, M&A activities, and financial reporting
Ā Collaborate with teams on process improvements and compliance projects
Ā Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality, value-added financial solutions
Qualifications:
Ā 3Ā5 years of public accounting experience (preference for candidates from mid-sized firms; Big 4 not required)
Ā CPA preferred but not required
Ā Strong experience with SEC reporting, debt/equity transactions, and smaller reporting companies is a plus
Ā Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
