Compensation:
$68,000 - $72,000
Responsibilities:
Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, working with loan officers and clients in collecting information, conducting independent research and verifications, studying and analyzing professional third-party reports such as appraisal and environmental reports, conducting site inspections
Prepare credit write-ups
Work with the Document Department in loan closing
Prepare loan extension or other amendment write-ups
Review and monitor loans post-closing
Prepare departmental forms, reports, and notices
Provide client services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrates good communication skills
Excellent time management skills
