Workday Adaptive Planning Architect (100% Remote)
About the Role:

Daily Responsibilities:
Leading the design and delivery of Workday Adaptive projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Partnering with Project Managers and Engagement Executives to plan the adaptive workstream
Collaborating cross-functionally to solve challenges and drive the best solutions for the client and the organization
Assisting in budgeting and maintaining financial accountability for your projects
Mentoring junior consultants and sharing your expertise to strengthen the consulting teams capabilities
Tailoring your approach to client needs, delivering solutions and feedback with clarity and professionalism
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Workday Adaptive experience or 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
Strong background in Adaptive Planning implementation or administration (Workday Adaptive certification is preferred)
Experience with budgeting and forecasting across various domains such as revenue, expenses, personnel, and capital
Familiarity with enterprise planning software or financial application tools is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
