Key Responsibilities
Ā Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and refine budgets, forecasts, KPI dashboards, and financial models.
Ā Industry Expertise: Provide branch reporting and analysis specific to mortgage banking requirements.
Ā Commission & Incentives: Oversee Retail/Wholesale commission processing and administer the CompenSafe system.
Ā Regulatory Reporting: Contribute to quarterly Mortgage Call Reports and MBFRF filings.
Ā Executive Support: Deliver strategic insights and reports for leadership, including JV financials and special projects.
Ā Team Leadership: Manage and mentor analysts, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Qualifications
Ā 7+ Years in Financial Analysis: Strong track record in mortgage banking is required.
Ā High-Impact Performer: Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes.
Ā Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills; ability to design efficient financial models.
Ā Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
