Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Responsibities:
Utilizing agile and other applicable frameworks as a guide, IT Analyst I team members work as part of a collaborative team to solve customer issues and support mission-critical healthcare applications and systems.
The IT Analyst I utilizes analytical thinking to understand and document new requirements and workflows with the goal of maximizing the value created for their customers.
The IT Analyst I participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, and test and performs other duties as assigned.
1.Primary Application Management
Β * Serve as the primary administrator for the Nuvolo Health Technology Management (HTM) application on the ServiceNow platform.
Β Manage data integrity, execute application upgrades, provide user support, and drive the adoption of new features.
Β Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to support operational and strategic decision-making.
2.Recall Management
Β Oversee the processing and distribution of recall information across the biomedical team.
Β Ensure timely and accurate communication of medical device recalls to relevant stakeholders, including Life Safety Committees.
3. Billing and Reporting Facilitation
Β * Generate and distribute monthly material and parts billing reports.
Β Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost tracking.
Β 4. Operational and Process Improvements
Β Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and Nuvolo Customer Success teams for platform upgrades and enhancements.
Β Identify and implement process improvements, such as automated alerts, scheduled preventive maintenance, and asset management.
Β Identify and facilitate future enhancement opportunities, including PartsSource integration and Nuvolo module implementations (examples: Warehouse, Capital Planning, and Mobile Application).
5. Support and Training
Β Provide prompt application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement creative solutions to application problems.
Β Educate end-users and team members on platform updates, system changes, and best practices.6.Compliance and Documentation
Β Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate record management and reporting.
Β Prepare documentation for ACHC surveys, ODH requests, and other regulatory audits.
Job Requirements:
Β Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience is required.
Β 1 to 2 years of experience in the following areas:
Β ServiceNow Platform: Familiarity with core tools such as lists, reports, and workflows.
Β Process Management: Experience with preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance reporting.
Β Data and Reporting: Proficiency in creating, analyzing, and managing reports (e.g., preventive maintenance completion, recalls, costs, warranties).
Β Collaboration: Effective communication with IT, finance, supply chain, and external partners.
Β Project and Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to implement upgrades, integrations, and identify process efficiencies.
Β Attention to Detail: High accuracy in record management and adherence to procedures.
Hours/Shifts:
Β Full Time Days; Hybrid/Remote role in Ohio after training.
Preferred Qualifications
Β Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
Β Prior experience in a healthcare IT or biomedical engineering environment.
Β Knowledge of compliance requirements for medical devices and healthcare IT systems.
Β Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
