Responsibilities:
Proactively initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers, building rapport and identifying their needs.
Utilize provided scripts as a foundation, adapting communication to resonate with individual customer profiles.
Employ active listening and strategic questioning to understand customer requirements and tailor product recommendations.
Effectively close sales by highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback in relevant systems.
Stay informed about product updates and new offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
