Overview
Independently performs programming and analysis functions in the development and implementation of new systems, the revision of existing systems, and to support special projects
Responsibilities
ย Provides support for the analysis, design, and development for technology programs of varying levels of complexity and scope from abstract requirements.
ย Develops process improvements and effective solutions to operational issues.
ย Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and proposes viable alternatives for resolving problems.
ย Gives formal presentations.
ย Manages small to medium scope projects from inception through completion including developing, executing, and monitoring work plans and coordinating resources.
ย Mentors other employees. Assists peers in identifying task priorities and in meeting customer expectations.
ย Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
ย Bachelorยs degree in Computer Science or related field, with five (5) years of relevant experience or the equivalent is preferred.
ย Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills required.
ย Must be an expert/highly proficient in at least one technology or system/application.
