Job Summary
Responsible for performing initial level of credit review and analysis of moderately complex commercial lease and loan transactions under the direction of the Managing Underwriter.
Pay Range: $55,672 - $72,373 - $89,075
Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Preparation of comprehensive Credit Offering Memoranda covering key aspects of financial and credit risk elements, obligor credit profile, etc., including determination of dual risk rating. Communicates with internal or external sources to request specific information required for analysis, as directed by the Managing Underwriter
Ā Preparing financial statement spreads in CreditLens and reviewing the adequacy of supporting financial information and the need to obtain additional and/or more current financial data
Ā Reviewing key financial results, ratios and transaction structure elements including the adequacy of the debt service coverage and loan to value Identifying any of other missing information or inquiries for credit decisioning
Ā Reviewing transaction terms and conditions of exposures generally up to $2,000,000 Reviewing the strength and experience of new and existing obligors
Ā May have and use credit authority, but cannot co-sign without, at a minimum a Senior Underwriting Officer I
Ā Reviewing compliance with Bank and FFL policies
Ā Prepare annual reviews
Ā Works closely and mentors Credit Analysts and Senior Credit Analysts
Required Qualifications:
Ā Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) with a concentration in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
Ā Minimum 2 years foundational experience
Ā Credit analysis and financial statement analysis experience required.
Ā Moody's Risk Analyst/CreditLens Software a plus
