We're looking for a motivated, quick worker with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with plenty of room for growth and development. Looking to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
ย Provide outstanding customer service by answering phones, emails and texts, assisting current policyholders, quoting and guiding new clients through their insurance needs.
ย Assist in facilitating new business for the agency, ensuring that clients receive the best insurance solutions for their needs.
ย No cold calling or door-to-door sales. Focus is on servicing existing accounts and supporting new business growth.
ย Complete work accurately and quickly.
Qualifications
ย Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, though not required to apply.
ย Willingness to obtain your insurance license if you don't currently hold one (company will support you in this process)
ย Strong typing and computer skills are essential.
ย Problem Solver.
ย Quick Worker
ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, client-first attitude.
ย Self-motivated, quick to adapt, and comfortable working independently.
ย Exceptional attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate policy management and customer satisfaction.
ย Sales experience is preferred but not required.
