Key Responsibilities:
Β Manage medical accounts receivable and resolve outstanding claims.
Β Process and post insurance payments and patient payments accurately.
Β Verify insurance claims and assist with CPT/ICD-10 coding and authorizations.
Β Work with insurance providers and patients to resolve billing issues efficiently.
Β Maintain compliance with medical billing policies and Athena EHR (a plus).
What WeΒre Looking For:
? 2+ years of medical A/R experience (Preferred)
? Familiarity with CPT & ICD-10 coding, insurance authorizations, and payment posting
? Experience with Athena EHR (Preferred, but not required)
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
? Must work on-site in Kingwood, TX (This is NOT a remote position)
? Commitment to a tobacco-free workplace
