Job Description/Roles & Responsibilities:
Understands business objectives and problems
Identifies alternative solutions
Performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system
Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures
Identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports.
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
This role will be the administrator of a Tableau Online SaaS instance, supporting a diverse set of users.
Skillset required includes:
Tableau administration and development.
Setting up and maintaining user permissions to ensure data security both externally and between user groups is essential.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:

Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experience in Tableau Administration, developing reports or dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI. 5 Preferred Expertise in data management and database concepts 5 Preferred Experience with data manipulation and cleaning techniques 5 Preferred Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Tableau server and Tableau Cloud/Enterprise offerings 4 Preferred Proficiency in user administration and permissions management. 3 Preferred Hands on as a Tableau Server or Tableau Online administrator 2 Preferred Developing dashboards and reports in Tableau. 2 Preferred Power BI administration is preferred. 1 Preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users
