Job Summary:As anEntry-Level Business Developer (Outside Sales) , you willidentify, develop, and nurture relationships with local businessesto help them solve hiring challenges. Your role will focus onprospecting, networking, and securing new businesswhile upholding our commitment toworld-class customer service .
This is anoutbound, client-facing role , requiringhustle, persistence, and a strong ability to build relationships . No sales experience? No problem. If you bring theright attitude and work ethic , we will providethe training and mentorshipto set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development( Driven to Succeed )Proactivelygenerate new leadsthrough networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
Conduct50+ outreach activities per day(calls, emails, drop-ins, etc.).
Set and attend15+ client meetings per weekto discuss staffing solutions.
Build and maintain apipeline of potential clientsand convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Consistently meet or exceedweekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets .
Client Relationship Management( World-Class Customer Service )Serve as theface of Express Scottsdale , representing our values and expertise in staffing.
Develop and maintainstrong client relationshipsthrough consistent follow-ups and value-driven conversations.
Understandeach client's unique hiring needsand offertailored staffing solutions .
Ensureclient satisfaction and retention , consistently following up to provide support.
Team Collaboration & Professional Development( Develop Together )Work closely with therecruiting teamto ensure a smooth hiring process for clients.
Participate inweekly sales meetingsand coaching sessions to sharpen skills.
Seek out mentorship and training tocontinuously improvein sales and business development.
Integrity & Accountability( Own the Outcome & Integrity Through Authenticity )Track sales activities inCRM softwareand provide regular reports on progress.
Take ownership ofclient success , ensuring placements meet expectations.
Maintainhonest and ethicalbusiness practices in all interactions.
