Job Overview:
Barney's Sweet Shop is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Agent to join our team. This position is a work-from-home, remote opportunity that offers both full-time and part-time hours. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through live chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner through live chat
- Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Promote products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
