Small IT Managed Service Provider. We are seeking an office / bookkeeping person and general office help. We want a person that is detail oriented with superior data and time management skills with a passion for accuracy.
Brief description of the role entails:
ย Office Duties, Meetings, orders, invoicing, estimates
ย Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts
ย Generating financial reports
ย Collaborating with other employees to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
ย Billing and Account Management
ย Vendor Management
ย Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
ย Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
ย Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
ย Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
ย Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
ย Process payroll and onboarding
ย Manage Hardware Resale
ย Relevant skills in financial management, accounts payable, and financial software are valuable. Familiarity with financial accounting, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliation is a plus.
ย Core skills in accounting, QuickBooks Online, and financial concepts are essential for this role. Proficiency in double entry bookkeeping and accounting software is required. Knowledge of debits & credits is a must.
