In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live chat and phone interactions. This is a remote work-from-home position, allowing you to provide support to our customers from the comfort of your own home.
Ā *Responsibilities:**
Ā Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
Ā Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
Ā Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
Ā Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Ā Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
Ā Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets Ā *Requirements:**
Ā Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ā Proficiency in using live chat platforms and phone systems
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
