Youll be available to make and receive phone calls at all times of the daywhile managing daily operations to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Answer and make phone calls at any time of the day with professionalism and efficiency.
Ā Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate daily calendars.
Ā Respond to emails, handle inquiries, and maintain client communications.
Ā Perform data entry, maintain organized digital files, and manage records.
Ā Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.
Ā Conduct online research to support business decisions and projects.
Ā Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Ā Manage CRM systems, update client records, and track communications.
Ā Oversee administrative operations and daily task management.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Ā Must be available to handle phone calls at all times of the day.
Ā Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and administrative tools.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ā Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ā Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work.
Preferred Skills:
Ā Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools (Trello, Asana), and customer service software.
Ā Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing (QuickBooks, etc.).
Ā Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Compensation:
Ā 1099 Independent Contractor Position (no benefits provided)
Ā Weekly or Bi-Weekly Payouts (based on agreement)
Ā Compensation: Hourly rate or flat-rate per project (negotiable)
