Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site)
Weekends: Required on a rotating basis (remote after training)
**Weekend shifts are a maximum of 3 hours total

What You’ll Do:

As a Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you will:
✅ Handle incoming phone calls and emails, assisting clients until their concerns are resolved
✅ Perform data entry with high accuracy (an eye for detail is a must!)
✅ Schedule technicians throughout the valley (knowledge of the Phoenix area is helpful)
✅ Ensure all technician schedules are ready for the next day
✅ Maintain strong attendance and reliability as part of our small, dedicated team

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an office or customer service setting
✅ Knowledge of the greater Phoenix area (preferred)
✅ Self-motivated and able to set and meet goals independently
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
✅ Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90-100% accuracy (typing test required)
✅ Tech-savvy—must navigate multiple programs, windows, and browser tabs with ease
✅ Reliable and consistent attendance
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred, but not required)
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Must pass a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations
