Office Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Collecting surveys and updating the company software

  • Tracking shipments time of arrival and delivery information

  • Monitor emails to resolve issues and best predict timely product arrival

  • Secure customer payments and ensure the agent has accurate information

  • Act as liaison between the customer and the agent to determine arrival times and best course of action

  • Investigate and assess property damage and review estimates.

Office Clerk Experience:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, SharePoint)

  • Ability to operate office equipment (fax machines, printers, scanners)

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to listen and assess situations.
