- Enter and update data in our database system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Compile and maintain relevant databases according to company policies.
- Generate and distribute regular reports highlighting data trends and discrepancies.
- Assist in the data collection and management processes across various departments.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Identify and rectify errors in data entry and maintain data integrity standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years preferred.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
