- Are comfortable using AI and recognize AI's potential to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Proactively adopt AI-driven solutions to maximize their expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-assisted knowledge management.
- Provide technical support to clients using Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Vision.
- Assist clients with server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve errors and performance issues for both on-premises and cloud clients.
- Support third-party software integration and API usage.
- Break down complex software and processes into understandable language for IT professionals and less tech-savvy users.
- Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Vision.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of server, web, and workstation software.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Expected salary: $46500 - 81250 per year
