We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.We are currently looking for a Claims Reimbursement Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
รย Review and reconcile supporting payment detail
รย Review and confirm policy terms of coverage
รย Process and refer payment due
รย Ensure payments remain in compliance with both policy and departmental guidelines
รย Process ceded reinsurance billing; including external distribution of invoices, follow up on outstanding amounts due, and management reporting
รย Support reconciliation and escheat processes related to claim payments
รย Cross train and serve as back-up for others on the Finance team as needed
รย Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary to assure the overall success of the Finance Team
รย Powercomp, Freedom Reinsurance System (FRS), Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
รย Interact and collaborate with employees at all levels from across the organization
รย Ability to recommend, present and implement change
รย Communicate with multiple TPAs and work to obtain all necessary data and resolve any reconciling issues
Required Qualifications
รย Be a problem solver, with high attention to detail, and be willing to take ownership.
รย Team-oriented, approachable, welcome feedback, self-motivating and enthusiastic.
Preferred Qualifications
รย College diploma or university degree in the field of accounting or finance preferred.
