We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with reserving vacation rentals, cruises, resorts, theme parks and more.This is entry level with no experience required
Applicants can be remote but must reside in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES
ΓΒ Handle client inquiries and provide information on, availability, and amenities
ΓΒ Assist clients in making reservations and booking a vacations
ΓΒ Manage reservation systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
ΓΒ Coordinate with vendors to meet clients needs and resolve issues promptly
ΓΒ Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience
SKILLS
ΓΒ Experience in hospitality industry preferred but not required
ΓΒ Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
ΓΒ Sales skills to promote additional services
ΓΒ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
ΓΒ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
