Description:Â Leads a development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying data ingest and data serving patterns
 Provides career growth and timely feedback to the development team
 Leads cloud architecture activities to create robust design and development patterns
 Establishes and monitors best practices for data ingest, curation, and serving solutions in GCP
 Optimizes designs and processes for faster time-to-market of new products
 Advances and promotes enterprise data standards and metadata management
 Modernizes and creates automation in processes and capabilities set
 Ensures tracking of cost increases associated with cloud services
 Partners with the Data Science team to ensure seamless data transfer
Requirements:
 10+ years designing and building data ingestion, storage, and processing solutions
 3+ years experience object-oriented programming
 3+ years leading teams that deploy enterprise data and analytics solutions
 3+ years architecting, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise data solutions in cloud platform
 Broad cloud application and infrastructure architectural experience
 Strong object-oriented programming experience using Python
 Experience with data processing tools: Airflow, Apache Beam
 Demonstrated expertise with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform
 Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, Git source code repositories, GitLab is a plus
 Solid knowledge of cloud computing concepts like Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), DNS, CDN, Load Balancing and Auto Scaling
